OMG! Billy Mays is DEAD!! I was just in my garden using my 'Garden Weazel" that eats weeds like magic!, when I heard about it on the News, and I still can't believe it! One of the greatest talents of our age, the legendary Billy Mays, is dead! He was only 50, far too young to die! I'm crying right now, and using " VIVA Two Ply" Toilet paper, with extra absorbency .

I'm just so broken up right now...I wish "Super glue' could put me back together.

These things always come in threes: first Ed McMahon, then Farrah Fawcett, and now the great Billy Mays.

I remember when he was the young Billy Mays, before the beard, just another pitchman hawking soap & knives on the boardwalk at Atlantic City, but then ... he made his presence known with the unforgettable Orange Glo!

Do you remember those late-night ads? I sure do. His performance was absolutely mesmerizing, the way he showed us how OxyClean was the greatest cleaning product since soap & water, mixing a tiny bit with blue water in a bowl and watching, spellbound, as the blue water turned clear right before your very eyes ... it was like magic!

I know the world will never be the same. I have created a petition that June 28 be Billy Mays Day, please sign it. I'm going to create a website memorial for Billy.

So my question is ... what about you? How did Billy Mays affect your life? What was your favorite Billy Mays commercial? Did he have a pet chimpanzee? How do you think his wife feels about his sudden death? What about his children, how do you think they feel? Does anyone know if his doctor had anything to say about his dying like that? Is this from an overdose of OxiClean for pain? Will they sue his doctor?

Me and my friend Vin were huge fans of Billy Mays +pichtmen.

I would record his shows and watch them over and over. He was mabey the greatest picht men of all time!! My favorite comercials from him were 4 Oxiclean, mighty putty, and the most famous of all... BIg City Sliders (all of these products i have in my house!)



I'll never forget that loud, loud LOUD, pichtman.

I will always remember him by Oxi Clean. I loved his commercials they were funny and always made me smile. Im not sure whats going to happen to his kid. Im sure they are all heart broken at this moment. I hope he's resting in peace, and im praying for his family.

Oxyclean saved my life! But what I'll remember most about him was his charisma and appeal to the masses. He was a man of integrity, and my mom would always tell me how much she believes in the products he advertises because HE believed in them! She would always tell me that if he says they worked, they worked! Mom's and Billy Mays are always right I guess! LOL! But he will be missed, I'll definitely miss his contagious personality! R.I.P.
