Is it true that Ace Frehley of Kiss is touring and if so, is Australia included?

Heard a rumour today that the Ace Frehley Band is soon to be back on tour. I've seen all his shows when he toured Australia with Kiss and wouldn't miss his Aussie tour for the world. So.. is it true, is the Spaceman coming downunder??
