who is better led zeppelin or pink floyd?

If we're all being honest, I have never listened to Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd, but from what I hear my brother talking about more often than not, it's Pink Floyd.

Okay . They are both amazing but led Zeppelin is very much better! Come on they wrote stairway to heaven black dog and so many more !!!!! Pink Floyd is more depressing with songs makes you want to cry ! Led Zeppelin songs are about love and sex ( he he ) makes you want to dance ! Jimmy page did such fast pace solos that make you go wild . Pink Floyd is very talented but they are too depressing without crying in tears :..( ! They were also very dark and creepy. But why are we even comparing these two anyway ? Yes most of y'all pick pink Floyd but think about it they sold 250 million world wide and led zepplin over 300 million albums. Yes pink Floyd made more albums and lasted longer . Only reason why led Zeppelin stopped when Bonzo died (rip) ! So there you have it led Zeppelin forever!!!!!!!!!!

I mean, you can't go wrong with either one. Right now I'm listening to the floyd, and they're probably the band I listen to the most. I love Zeppelin because they're fearless and their songs broke a barrier for an entire generation. With Pink Floyd you have to dig deep and spend a lot of time listening to them to really understand the magic of their work. They're so different that it's really hard to compare them. As much as I want to say one is "better" than the other, I can't.

i might want to say they're all as strong as eachother because they were all majorly influencial bands and performance offered 1000's of 1000's of thousands of albums. I do choose Led Zeppelin and red Floyd because i'm extra of a tougher rock individual, the beatles weren't as rock as them. i have extremely been stepping into red Floyd those days and am at the moment gaining knowledge of desire You were the following on guitar! inspite of the actual incontrovertible fact that I do trust that Led Zeppelin (web page) and red Floyd's (Krieger) guitarists were way extra effective than any guitarist in historic previous! Edit: Henbane - The doorways were staggering, yet how are you going to say that stuff about the different 3 bands? The doorways weren't as strong, yet were very almost there in my opinion. the different 3 were way extra influential than the doorways too.

Don't dare compare any other artist to Led Zeppelin.

Led Zeppelin is the best.

Stairway to heaven is the best song ever.

But I do have respect for Pink Floyd.

And I also love The Beatles, AC/DC, Bee-Gees, etc.

Zeppelin has had some great songs but some of their albums are terrible. They charged you a lot of money for one or two songs. Therefore I chose Floyd, who albums are great.
