Any person that knows real singing talent knows that Britney Spears can't sing for sh!t she's a fake LIP SYNCING JOKE.

1.Aretha Franklin has never lip synced

2.Janis Joplin has never lip synced

3.Tina Turner dances and sings and she has never lip synced

4.Beyonce dances and sings and she has never lip synced

5.Celine Dion has never lip synced.

Britney isn't the Queen of Pop (though she said so in her song "Kill the Lights"). She's the princess and Madonna's title is Queen.



You must be deaf and blind, because Beyonce lip-synchs all the time. I've been to her concerts and she lip synched. It's near to impossible to dance and sing for two hours straight without lip synching. The only person I know who's done that is Michael Jackson and even HE lip sunched every now and again.



Britney Spears really can sing and she doesn't lip synch ALL the time, and I'm not a brain dead teeny bopper by any means.

Britney Spears voice sounds ok. Its sexy and clear sounding. However, she does not have a range. I do like Britney though, I always have. She was on Star Search and Mickey Mouse Club when she was little... she COULD sing then. They just choose to make her sound different, sexy, and she never sings live! When she was a child she could sing great! Youtube it. She just doesn't try to me anymore. She tries to sound more sexy than anything. And yes, you are right, she does use sex to sell for sure. People like her because she's an entertainer, not a GREAT singer. You know? They like her personality, her looks, her body, her hair, her dance moves, etc. Its not about her voice. That is the case for many other pop stars these days, not just Brit.

is amazing ), Whitney,Aretha,Celine, Mariah, etc. Gaga still has a way to go because she's relatively new and still has to "pay her dues", but,hopefully,someday she could make that list too because i feel she deserves it.



Anyway, I have to admit that Britney is a great dancer/entertainer and her recorded music is pretty catchy, so I do like her. I have all of her CDs and I'll watch her videos. But if I'm going to spend the money to go to a concert, I'd much rather see Christina or Gaga because at least I'd know they're actually singing live.

She's still no Christina or Gaga, though, but she has an okay voice and even mediocre singing is better than good lip-synching, I think.I wish she could sing live all the time. Then maybe she'd be deserving of her title of the Princess of Pop.

LOL! Good point. I think Beyonce deserves that title over Britney. I'm sorry but she runied herself. I liked her music before. I just think she is trashy now. She has calmed down I'll give her credit for that. But lets see how long that lasts. I think some of those other artists you mentioned deserve that title before her.
